Terms of Service

"Vibegrowing", "we", "our" and "us" refer to the operators of vibegrowing.ai and the Vibegrowing dashboard. "You" refers to the individual or organization that holds the account.

• You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information at sign-up and to keep it up to date.
• One human, one account. You may not share an account with another person, but you may operate multiple apps under a single account.

"Your Content" means everything you submit, upload, or generate using the service: briefs, app metadata, generated icons and screenshots, landing page copy, and legal questionnaire answers.

• You retain all ownership rights to Your Content.
• You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, and display Your Content, solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service for you.
• You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights to all material you upload.

You agree not to:

• Use Vibegrowing to violate any law or any third party's rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights.
• Generate content that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or that promotes violence.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the service in bulk; interfere with other users; or impose unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
• Use the service to target an app you do not own or have authorization to operate.
• Misuse the App Store Connect integration in ways that violate Apple's terms or harm other Apple developers.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Vibegrowing uses third-party AI models (notably Anthropic Claude and fal.ai) to draft text, icons, and screenshots. AI output is probabilistic and may contain errors, omissions, or material that inadvertently resembles existing work. You are responsible for reviewing every output before publishing or submitting it to the App Store, the Play Store, or any regulator. We make no warranty that AI-generated material is fit for any particular purpose.

The legal documents the service produces (Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Subscription Terms) are a starting point only. They are not legal advice and we strongly recommend that a qualified lawyer review them before submission.

When you connect ASC, you authorize Vibegrowing to read app metadata, icons and screenshots from your account, and to push metadata you have explicitly approved. You can disconnect at any time from the dashboard. You remain responsible for compliance with Apple's policies and for the accuracy of every submission.

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly cycle through Stripe. Prices are listed on the dashboard.
• Unless we say otherwise in a separate written agreement, fees are non-refundable. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Some features (icon generation, model usage) are metered. You can monitor usage and remaining credits in the dashboard.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. New prices take effect on your next renewal.

You may close your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if your payment fails, or if continued operation poses a legal or security risk. We will give you notice and a reasonable opportunity to fix the issue when we can. After termination, you will lose access to the service and to Your Content; we recommend exporting anything you want to keep before closing your account.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibegrowing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the greater of (i) the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (ii) one hundred US dollars (USD 100).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vibegrowing and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim or demand — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising out of Your Content, your use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.

We may add, remove, or change features at any time. We may also update these Terms; if we make material changes we will let you know by email or by a notice in the dashboard before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws give you the right to bring a claim in your country of residence.
